Euro-Academy currently has a number of executive and non-executive personnel all of whom are stakeholders in the company and committed to its growth.
 
Michael Biggs (exec.): Responsible for the running of the business including liaising with clubs & sponsors. With over twenty-five years media experience, Michael was a young pop star in Brazil, with over 12,000,000 albums sold and a daily television show that was aired six days a week for over four years. With one autobiography and several documentaries and TV shows across the world, Michael has been involved with several projects since arriving in the UK seven years ago and now spends his time in both countries.
Daniele Manzi BSc, MSc PRM (exec.): Responsible for the psychology department and liaising with the Academy professionals as well as with clubs and sponsors. Daniele is a Sports Psychologist, qualified F.A. coach and has over twenty years experience in business management. He is passionate about developing both practical and mental skills in football as well as other sporting environments, through psychological skills and mental strength training. He has a devoted interest in psychology, both as practitioner and educator specialising in sports. He is a member of the British Association of Sport and Exercise Sciences and the Sport Division of the British Psychological Society.
Dr. Solomon Abrahams MSc, PhD (exec.): Chartered and state registered physiotherapist who has been specializing in sports and exercise science and injuries for the past fifteen years. He lectures at University College London, St Mary’s College London and Cambridge University. He has many published articles in the areas of Sports Medicine and Exercise Science in professional medical journals. He also works for two professional football clubs at youth level and has done so for the last ten years. He is currently doing research into exercise strength and conditioning at youth level in footballers, with encouraging results.  Solomon also runs a successful sports injury and specialist rehabilitation clinic in London, with more than four clinics and over fifteen therapists. 
Graham Kilbey FCA (non-exec.): Chartered accountant with over twenty-five years’ experience of managing and advising on the tax affairs of large FTSE companies, including Arcadia Group, ANZ Bank, Debenhams, BSkyB, Balfour Beatty, Threshers and Tesco. His experience includes acquisitions, disposals and reorganizations
Rupert E Daniels - Commercial and Marketing: Rupert is a vastly experienced Sports Marketing professional. Having spent the last 7 years with FIFA as Marketing and product Director, he has top level expertise in the sponsorship, boradcast, media rights, Internet and mobile business areas. Prior to joining FIFA, Rupert completed an MBA in Football industries and was a university lecturer in sport science. He is also a qualified coach.

Naomi Simmons – (Language course developer): Naomi Simmons will develop the language course. She is the world’s best-selling author of books to teach English as a foreign language. Her New Standard English series has sold over 200 million copies in China alone. Other popular courses are available around the world. Ms Simmons spent many years in Latin America and is familiar with both the culture and the particular language concerns of Portuguese and Spanish speakers.
Keith Bishop the founder of the well known MCS Agency will provide advice and assistance on PR and ensure the Company is noticed in various media outlets MCS Agency – (PR) was formed by Keith Bishop in 1991 when he left BBC TV after 15 successful years. During that time he became friendly with a wide range of performers, ranging from Radio One disc jockeys to classical actors and actresses involved in the BBC’s high quality drama productions.
Ben (C) Fletcher - Professor of Occupational and Organisational Psychology, and Head of the Psychology School at the University of Hertfordshire. He is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist, a Chartered Health Psychologist and a Chartered Scientist. He is Chairman of The FIT Corporation Ltd. – a subsidiary company part-owned by the university and set up to exploit the commercial value of FIT Science of which he is the founder. He is Director of Research at Corporate FIT Science Ltd. He is, and has been, on the Board of Directors of a number of other companies, including being Chairman of Elstree Film Studios Ltd., until March 2003. He was also made an Academician of the Academy of Social Sciences in 2007 as a result of a nomination by the British Psychological Society.
After his doctorate in Experimental Psychology at Oxford University, he began his academic career with the Medical Research Council at Sheffield University. He became Dean of the University Business School in 1993 and during his leadership the School became the biggest and financially strongest Faculty in the University.
He is currently leading the development on a new approach to personal development based on FIT Science. This includes the University FIT Student project which aims to provide a siute of personal development modules for all students to improve their lives and performance. It also includes a range of University accredited FIT Personal Development modules for in-company use.

Carlos Alberto Torres - (Director of football): Captain of the 1970 Brazilian world cup winning team. Head of scouting and football development. Carlos Alberto Torres is considered a legend among football insiders for his massive contributions to Brazil. From 1964 to 1977, Torres was capped 53 times and scored 8 goals. Perhaps his greatest feat was when he captained Brazil in the 1970 World Cup in Mexico to an impressive victory over Italy. This legendary squad also included Clodoaldo, Gérson, Jairzinho, Roberto Rivelino, Tostão and of course Pelé. His career as a football manager started in 1983, when he managed Flamengo. He also managed several other clubs, like Corinthians in 1985 and 1986; Náutico in 1986, 1987 and 1988; Once Caldas on 1989, 1990; Monterrey in 1991, 1992; Club Tijuana in 1992; Fluminense in 1994 and 1995; Botafogo in 1993, 1994, 1997, 1998, 2002 and 2003; Querétaro FC in 1999; Unión Magdalena in 2000, 2001; and Paysandu in 2005. Also assistant manager for Nigeria, Oman and in 2004 manager of Azerbaijan national football team 
 
Dr. Marcelo Felipe Soares: A Brazilian lawyer who graduated in 1999 at the University Paulista (Unip), he holds a post graduate degree in Employment Law by the United Metropolitan University (FMU) and MBA in Law from the Brazilian institute of legal sports. As well as specialising in employment law, he also works in civil and commercial law. He is solicitor for the Nacional Atletico Club in Sao Paulo and has presented several seminars and courses around the world. He represents several footballers and is a member of the Legal Sports Commission within the Legal Order of Solicitors of Brazil (OAB-SP).
 
Mauro Sérgio da Silva - Retired professional footballer played at International and National level , (Brazilian National Side. C.A. Juventus, Portuguesa Santista, E.C. XV de Piracicaba, Ituano F.C., Lousano Paulista, A.D. Sao Caetano, Uniao Barbarense) EUA (Racing Rhinos N.Y.) Hungary (Lombard KFC) Today Mauro works as a scout maintaining and excellent relationship with all Major Brazilian clubs, coaches, players and all professionals involved in Football, Basketball and Volley ball.
 
Thiago Lemes de Queiroz - Post graduated in sports and educational training Thiago is a well known Personal trainer in the state of Sao Paulo who has worked in several institutions as a trainer, monitor and PE teacher. Graduated at Univesidade de Guarulhos (Ung) Post Graduation on Educational Sports at Univesridade Brasilia (Unb) Post Graduation on Sports Training at Universidades Metropolitanas Unidas (FMU)- Currently supervising the training of 60 youth players on a daily basis under the guidance of Dr. Abrahams.
